There is nothing like a wedding!!! A new beginning, el amor, friends forever… It’s easy as we get older to have a cynical view of them; depending on how long you’ve been married, if you are in a marriage that is unhappy or lost your spouse or just feel you can live without love (what?!). Salamanca can transform that outlook…the beautiful cathedrals in the center are often reserved back to back on Saturdays…I was fortunate enough to share in some of the joy as a bystander in 4 different ones-El Amor!

I first started learning Spanish at Loma Vista Elementary School with Senora Brown when I was in 3rd or 4th grade. Not sure whether it was the culture, the escape, the music-but I fell in love.

Unconditional Love, we learn from birth. Finding joy in another’s love & happiness has been a journey for me. Life is nothing if not a journey.
