Traveling is an education, life is an education, moving one foot out of the sandbox, your comfort zone is an education. When we stop learning, taking risks (big or small), asking questions-what happens to us?

***currently studying 4 hours a day, private study and then homework; catching up to where I left off at the University of Arizona! Having studied at several immersion schools in Spain I can fully recommend Expanish in Malaga. Excellent teachers, classroom, location, activities.

I love a challenge, whether in my profession, physical or mental. While I try not to go on and on about Pickleball, I must share that it is such an amazing, life-changing game. I’ve made friends all over the country & world, I use yoga, weights and hot pilates to cross train; its helped me through some dark days and created a base for the new me!
