Dias de los Reyes Magos. The church bells that ring in coordination for an hour or more for days, the lines for the cakes grow, what a joyous season. It is remarkable and one of the highlights of the Spanish year-traditions carried through the centuries.

Back in the city I just might end up living in part time and listening to church bells ring in anticipation of the Dia de Reyes Magos (3 Kings Day, 3 Wiseman’s Day, Epiphany) and heading out for a walk and to shop from the Air BNB I’ll be in for the next week (on calle pozo dulce-a peatonal street)

The Cabalgata (parade/festival) was moved up a day due to rain in the forecast. Here are some photos from the Cabalgata 2025.
As predicted rain fell most of the night & morning & then the sun and people came out January 6th-Dia de Reyes Magos. Love the street art. (Might’ve accidentally stopped for some bravas on the way.)
