Espetos

Yes…like all things seafood for me, I can devote an entire post to Espetos. Beloved, traditional, named for the method of cooking (on a spit/skewer); typically fresh caught sardines. At the chiringuitos and restaurants in Pedregalejo, there is a competition for the best in all of Málaga-we ate at last summer’s winner and ate well.
